Japanese tuning firm Wald International has now applied the styling treatment unveiled Black Bison Edition-labeled cars in the latest F01 BMW 7-Series. The Black Bison Edition aero-kit adds a new front bumper with a lip spoiler and LED daytime running lights and a sportier but more complex-looking rear apron with a diffuser and an LED braking light.

Wald says “we would have preferred a matte finish for the 23-inch Wald Renovatio alloys and could do without the “muffler cutter” tailpipes, as they somehow remind us of those found on the Lexus IS-F, but, nevertheless, BMW’s designers could learn a thing or two from the Japanese tuner’s styling department”.

Perhaps you imagine the Wald F01 BMW 7-Series Black Bison is dark black in color, it is anything but black, though the white paintjob does makes it look a bit more imposing than the standard model. Added the lowered side skirts along with a pair of spoilers on the roof and trunk lid, plus fake wing vents that cut into the doors complete the package.

The new Vauxhall Antara SUV gets a fresh new look inside and out. Starting updated front grille and distinctive new Griffin logo, enhanced by fog lights finished with chrome bezels on SE models. New 19-inch alloy wheels (standard on SE) give the Vauxhall Antara a more aggressive look, while modified rear lights give the back of the vehicle a more robust appearance.

A re-worked chassis with revised spring and damper settings enhances the new Vauxhall Antara’s dynamics both on- and off-road, while the car’s clever adaptive four-wheel drive system switches automatically between two- and four-wheel drive as conditions demand. In normal driving, only the front wheels are driven, saving fuel, but in slippery conditions four-wheel drive is employed, switching drive to front and rear wheels for optimum traction.

In interior Vauxhall has improved safety and comfort features in the Antara including a standard electric parking brake, a Hill Assist System as well as a “shift-up” indicator that optimises fuel economy. In addition, the new Vauxhall Antara’s cabin features a revised centre console with extra storage and new materials, in addition to improved instrument graphics and interior lighting.

The revised Euro-5 compliant engine line-up offers increased performance as well as significantly reduced fuel consumption and emissions. The latest entry to the engine range is a newly-developed 2.2 CDTI turbodiesel, producing either 163PS or 184PS. All transmissions have been revised to improve efficiency, there includes:

• The 163PS variant is available in front-wheel drive with a six-speed manual transmission only or all-wheel drive mated to either a manual or six-speed auto gearbox.
• The 184PS also offers a choice of manual or automatic transmissions, and comes with all-wheel drive as standard.

Toyota has christened the Etios hatchback the Etios Liva. The name will be officially announced on December 1st in Bangalore when both the saloon and hatchback version of the Etios will be launched. In the same way the Dzire is an extension of the Swift name, the Liva will be a sub-brand of the Etios badge.

The Etios Liva will be powered by a 1.2 litre engine developing around 80bhp. The bantam weight 890kg hatchback promises strong performance without compromising fuel efficiency. Interior space is similar to the Etios saloon and hence the Liva promises to be the most spacious hatchback in its class.

Toyota plans to introduce a 1.4 diesel engine at a later stage for both the Etios saloon and Liva. This diesel will be similar to the one in the Corolla diesel but is unlikely to get the same variable geometry turbo (VGT). Instead a fixed geometry turbo developing around 70bhp is likely to be used as this will offer better fuel consumption and cost less than the VGT.

There is also talk of introducing the saloon’s 1.5-litre 88.7bhp engine in the Liva at a later stage to spice up the Liva’s rather tame personality.

This device is labeled as the N00 Prototype C; "N00" is a really common designation for Nokia prototypes in the Nseries, so that comes as no surprise, but the "Prototype C" is an especially odd thing to silkscreen onto the case. Notably, the phone appears to feature a 12 megapixel camera sensor with Carl Zeiss optics and a xenon flash, likely giving it most or all of the N8's photography chops, and a strange element below the display might be a touch-sensitive strip of some sort -- possibly for zoom control or manual focus while snapping pictures and videos. There's also a kickstand on back, suggesting the screen's big enough to make people want to set it up on a desk and watch content. There's a very real chance, of course, that this thing has been wiped off Nokia's roadmap; worse yet, it could be a hoax -- but if you're willing to drop $800 on the auction, you can find out.
