Base from Germany has introduced its first smartphone, the Base Lutea. The Android-powered smartphone has a 3.5-inch WVGA (800×480) touchscreen, an MP3 Player an FM radio, Bluetooth, a 600MHz processor, 3G, GPS and Wi-Fi. The Lutea will be released in December for free with an E-Plus two-year contract that will cost $18 per month.
