After the successful launch of Renault Fluence during May this year after its separation with legendary Indian car manufacturing company Mahindra and Mahindra, the Indian alliance of French car manufacturing company Renault is all set to launch the upgraded edition of its forthcoming car Renault Koleos in the Indian car market during the end of September this year. However the features and specifications of Renault Koleos will also be revealed during the Frankfurt Motor show going to be held next month, in the mean time Renault has revealed the introductory details of the upcoming Koleos on certain automobile websites. According to the authentic sources the Renault Koleos Price in Indian market is expected to be priced close to Rs. 20 lakhs. There are rumours that going through the demand of small cars in Indian car market Renault speculates to launch three more cars after the launch of Renault Koleos in India. The new Renault Koleos is expected to place tight competition against its top contenders like Chevrolet Captiva, Toyota Fortuner and Mitsubishi Outlander.

Coming towards the Renault Koleos specifications it would be important to mention that new Renault Koleos carry the wide array of specifications. The new Renault Koleos comes in both petrol and diesel variants. The diesel variant will be equipped with 2.0 litre dCi, 1995cc, Euro IV common rail diesel engine generating the power of 150 bhp. Besides this the engine is integrated with 6 speed manual transmission with top speed of 185 kmph. On the other side the petrol variant is expected to be embedded with 168 bhp engine.
