2012 Mercedes Benz CLS to launch tomorrow


All new Mercedes-Benz CLS has aroused a lot of curiosity before its official launch slated for September 8, 2011. This second generation Mercedes Benz CLS sedan is a luxury car that will be launched in two variant forms just as its earlier launch Mercedes-Benz C Class which also came out with two variants each of petrol and diesel. This one, the new Mercedes Benz CLS will be brought in India as a Completely Built Unit (CBT) and new Mercedes Benz CLS Price here would be somewhere around Rs 70 lakhs. The expected price, however, seems to be complementing the new Mercedes Benz CLS Specifications.

This beautiful and expensive petrol variant sedan has great specifications and will give cut throat competition to existing likeable cars like Audi A6. The petrol variant of Mercedes Benz CLS is housing a 3.5 L, V6 petrol engine. This car is, thus, capable of attaining a speed as high as 100 kmph in just 6.1 seconds and also because its engine produces power output of 306 Bhp. It is also worth a mention that the diesel variant of Mercedes-Benz CLS is also having very nice specifications. This sedan is house for 2.2 L engine with ability to produce 170 Bhp power and torque of 400 Nm maximum. However, the top variant produces a maximum of 204 Bhp power and a peak torque of 500 Nm. It is quite an adorable aspect of this sedan.

Mercedes has been launching many of its cars in India since sometime and its new generation Mercedes-Benz C Class was launched as recently as 1st September, 2011.
